Student Complaint Form

GENERAL COMPLAINTS

This form is for the use of current students of Boston Baptist College. Please provide detailed information regarding the academic/non-academic concern you are reporting. Use this form if you have been unsuccessful in resolving the complaint informally. Once the form is submitted, the complaint will be forwarded to the Vice President’s office. The decision-making party will rule on the complaint and notify the student via email of the decision. 

If the student is unsatisfied with the outcome of their initial complaint, he or she may appeal within five business days of the rendered decision by providing additional support/documentation for review. A second review of the complaint will be completed by the President’s Office. 

If after all steps have been exhausted and the complaint has not been resolved, the student may file a complaint with the College’s accrediting agency (TRACS) or the Department of Higher Education.

Students should follow the TRACS Complaint Policy and complete the TRACS Complaint Form.
