final exam agreement
I, the student named below, am aware of the final exam dates for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters as published in the official academic calendar as December 18 and May 19-20 respectively. I understand and agree that attendance at the published exam times is mandatory. Petitions for any change or adjustment to the published final exam schedule must be accompanied with a $100.00 fee per course/exam in order to be considered. Consideration of the petition does not guarantee approval.
